ESSE Bursary - Dr. Dan Popescu

Dr. Dan H. Popescu has been selected as one of the winners of an ESSE (European Society for the Study of English) bursary. This will allow him to spend some short yet rewarding time in Edinburgh, at the National Library of Scotland, to investigate the archive of Patrick Leigh Fermor, the famous British travel writer who wrote so beautifully on Central Europe in the 1930's. Congratulations!
