Third Creative Writing Contest

The English Department of Partium Christian University organizes its third

Creative Writing Contest

for High School Students (Grades 9-12)

Categories: Short Fiction and/or Poetry

Theme: no fake, real

Deadline: 10^th of March 2021

Emails should contain the following information on the participant: name, school, grade, and city.

Winners will be announced on the Department’s website in May/June.

Formal requirements:

For short fiction: from 400 up to 700 words, for poetry: up to 30 lines.

Only original works will be accepted. The theme of “no fake, real” is open to personal interpretation.

One author can submit maximum two works: one in the short fiction category and one in the poetry category.

Winners will be awarded the following prizes:

1^st prize: 500 RON

2^nd prize: 300 RON

3^rd prize: 200 RON
